The BLZR.ID Loyalty Program ("Program") is a rewards initiative operated by BLZR.ID that allows registered members to earn points through eligible purchases and redeem those points for discounts. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms & Conditions ("T&C").

To participate in the Program:

• Membership is open to all individuals who register an account at BLZR.ID.COM.
• Each e-mail may hold only one (1) account. 
• Registration must be completed via BLZRID.COM. Accounts cannot be created through third-party marketplaces.
• By joining the Program, members agree to be bound by these T&C and BLZR.ID's Privacy Policy.

3.1 Point Accrual Rate

Members earn 1 (one) point for every IDR 10,000 spent on eligible purchases on BLZRID.COM and at BLZR.ID offline store. 
With a discount code or voucher: Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after the discount or voucher is applied.
Without a discount code or voucher: Points are calculated based on the total purchase amount before any deductions.

3.2 Eligible Purchases

• Purchases made through BLZRID.COM (online).
• Purchases made at BLZR.ID physical stores (in-store).

3.3 Excluded Transactions

Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop) do not earn points.

3.4 Point Validity

Points do not expire as long as the member's account remains active and in good standing. Points hold no cash value and are non-transferable.

4.1 Voucher Tiers

Accumulated points may be redeemed for discount vouchers at the following rates:

    350 points   →   IDR 50,000 voucher

    680 points   →   IDR 100,000 voucher

  1,350 points   →   IDR 200,000 voucher

  2,800 points   →   IDR 450,000 voucher

4.2 Redemption Process

• Points can only be exchanged for discount vouchers through the loyalty widget available on BLZRID.COM.
• For offline purchases, points can be exchanged directly into a discount amount (based on voucher tiers).
•  Redemptions are not available through third-party marketplaces.

4.3 Voucher conditions

• Each voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of redemption. 
• Vouchers are single-use and non-transferable.
• Only one (1) voucher may be applied per transaction. 
• A minimum purchase of IDR 200,000 is required to apply a voucher. This threshold is subject to change with prior notice.
• Vouchers cannot be converted into cash or points.

5.1 Points Deduction on Returns

If a member returns a purchased item, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the member's balance, regardless of the reason for return. If the deduction results in a points balance below zero (0), the balance will be set to zero (0). If those points have already been redeemed for a discount voucher, the voucher will be voided and can no longer be used. 

5.2 Voucher Validity on Returns

If a member made a purchase using a redeemed voucher and subsequently returns that purchase, we will reinstate the same amount of voucher redeemed manually. Our customer service team will assist with the reinstatement.

6.1 Immediate Termination (No Warning)

BLZR.ID reserves the right to immediately terminate an account, with all accumulated points permanently forfeited, in cases of:

• Proven system abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated return abuse or exploiting Program mechanics.
• Proven fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks or use of stolen payment credentials.
  

6.2 Suspension vs. Termination

• Suspended accounts: The account is temporarily frozen. Accumulated points are preserved. The member may submit an appeal within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the suspension notice.
• Terminated accounts: The account is permanently closed. All accumulated points are deleted and cannot be recovered. No appeal process applies.

6.3 Effect on Points & Vouchers

Upon account closure or termination, all unredeemed points and active vouchers are immediately and permanently void.

Personal data collected through the Program is processed in accordance with BLZR.ID's Privacy Policy, available at BLZRID.COM. By participating in the Program, members consent to the collection and use of their data as described therein.

BLZR.ID shall not be liable for any loss of points, voucher expiry, or inability to redeem due to technical errors beyond BLZR.ID's reasonable control. BLZR.ID's decision on all matters relating to the Program is final and binding.
